We follow a simple 3-step process for re-conditioning these tools in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We have found that this process works well to provide our customers with the type of service that they require and expect.

ABOUT RECONDITIONING
	Standard turnaround is 3-4 weeks Re-conditioned to original specifications on state-of-the-art equipment (including 7-axis CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding machines, CNC cylindrical and step grinders, and various other manual machines) Special coatings sent to Oerlikon Balzers for processing (returned to TMA within 1 week) Can etch re-conditioned tools using laser etcher with any special instructions required by customer
RECONDITIONING PROCESS
	Receive tools to be reconditioned Tools reconditioned to original specifications on state of the art equipment Tools inspected for accuracy and quality before shipping to customer
